I found it interesting that Opera joined most other web browsers in including the rendering engine in the user agent string with this version. (Presto/2.1.1)

Gecko has something like “Gecko/2008073000″

Webkit has something like “AppleWebKit/522+ (KHTML, like Gecko)”

KHTML has something like “KHTML/4.0.5″

Even links has “libwww-FM/2.14″

But Internet Explorer doesn’t have Trident anywhere. Shame.

(I use Opera or Firefox for my main browsing. Just giving Flock a whirl since version 2 just came out).

Instead of using a button to call a IE page can i use some scripts to call the IE page?

Right click on page > Open With > Internet Explorer

I tried to ran the “run Internet Explorer directly from Opera” scripts from opera, but didn’t work any help?

I just downloaded the installer from Opera’s site and it has a different look, listed under “Company” is shows “Igor Pavlav” which is the creator of the 7z program… what’s up with that? It is supposed to list Opera as the company…

The scroll marker set to 2 is a really useful feature! I was surprised when I discovered how useful this feature is!
