Thanks for this information. I dont need dic and enceclopedia anyway. So i changed the hotclicks to my 2 favorit sites. now i get there faster than clicking the bookmarks.

Opera Watch isnt what it used to be.

Before there were lots and lots of interesting information about Opera.. now, we’re lucky if we see three posts in a month.

This site is almost like it’s dead.

There is no longer a single author, and they apparently have problems coordinating their work. Or worse: They all feel like someone else ought to write instead of them self. It is a shame.

I do, however, disagree with you when you say the site is dead. It is still alive, and we get content regularly enough. Maybe there just is not much going on at Opera?

The wikipedia one does work, but the dictionary one doesn’t.

What happens is that a new page opens, and the F2 shortcut pop-up “go to page” opens, and waits for me to type in a web address. The web address for my dictionary is not entered automatically and the search is not performed.

I have tried with two other dictionaries as well to check if the url I’m using here is incorrect, but the same happened woth both of them.

You didn’t use copy.

However, the label for this function in my menu is now “Item”. How can I rename this to “Wikipedia” or something more meaningful?

ive been doing this for years on all my opera installs… what i dont understand is why it is that opera, one of the best, most feature-rich browsers around, still requires me to hunt down config files and edit them with a text editor to hand what SHOULD have been in the configuration UI several versions ago?
