Navagator and Firefox are so similar what is the difference. I stopped using firefox and started
using Navagator again because for some reason Firefox started to shut down on me. If some one knows the reason let me know. mfitzpat03@hotmail.com

Also basicaly you could copy the old Netscape throbber to SeaMonkey and use the splash screen and the old theme.

I hanen’t used Netscape since 4.71 because 6.0 was horribly unstable and that’s when I discovered Opera. Still, it was my first browser, so it is a bit sad.

It’s sad to see Nescape gone, I used it as my second browser next to Opera since netscape 4.x
Hopefully somebody else will take over like it happened with Mozila that is now SeaMonkey

Opera Software has been focusing on growth rather than pleasing short-term investors so far. Of course you are going to make less money for each employee when you hire everyone you can get your hands on because you have so much work to do. But once this phase is over the growth in personell will slow down and the profits will soar. Opera Software is already profitable, and revenues grew by more than 50% in Q3 this year. Fewer hires combined with further accelerating revenue growth will lead to pleasing results, just like the management promised.

Opera is a company in rapid growth, so it’s rather silly to pretend that it isn’t and complain about low revenue per employee.

Funny how the troll w2 keeps changing the subject when he’s caught lying. When the fact that Opera’s desktop revenue in Q3 was more than 100%, he tries to spin the numbers to talk about something completely different. He is clearly as ignorant about the stock market as he is about web design and technology, as he doesn’t realize that Opera is a company in rapid growth.

Oh, it’s so sad. Netscape brings me back so many memories. My dad’s still using it. Netscape 9 is not bad at all.

After reading Netscape’s announcement, I’m worried about Opera and its market share now, I think I’ll promote Opera in my school I’ve already convinced more than 10 of my friends that never heard of Opera to use it!
